Edwin talks with Dr. Cammy Abernathy, Dean of the University of Florida’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. Dr. Abernathy became UF’s first female dean in its 150+ year history when she accepted the position in 2009. Having graduated from MIT in 1980, she went on to obtain her master’s and Ph.D. in Materials Science from Stanford University.
